When you have any product enquiries, please do the following:
1.Read the "Manual" & "Quick Installation Guide" and check the connection cables & network setting again.
2.Read the "Frequently Asked Questions" or "Trouble Shooting" , you may find a solution to your problem.
3."Download" the latest product firmware and try again.
4.Report your questions by "Online Support" on QNAP website.
5.If hardware defects, please request an RMA number first.
Write down the information on the RMA form, and mail to support@qnap.com.tw
